Betrayal trauma is considered one of the most painful types of trauma because it hits not just our sense of safety, but our core trust in people and the world. It’s more than just emotional hurt—it undermines our fundamental assumptions about relationships, reliability, and even ourselves. I know it, because I lived it.

Once you become a client, you will have the opportunity to set up your appointments on my calendar.
*Initial Intake sessions are 75 to 90 minutes.
*If you have an urgent need for a session or support call, and my calendar is booked, please contact me by email to see if I can arrange a session.
How I work...
I use a variety of modalities to support your healing, recognizing that each person’s process is unique. Our work may include reconnecting with your personal values, creating boundaries that stick, and learning to honor your body and trusting your gut.
We may explore tools such as creating a trauma timeline or relationship “autopsy,” art-based exercises, somatic work, EFT tapping, and building a personalized toolkit for safety and regulation.
Ultimately, our goal is to help you move out of the numb, sad, or angry phase and into a place of clarity, stability, and light.
We will always prioritize what feels safe, supportive, and effective for you.

The harm is not only the behavior itself, but the secrecy, manipulation, and hidden realities that violate relational agreements, trust, and safety.
