Groups
Group therapy is powerful because it breaks isolation and reduces shame by helping people realize they’re not alone in their pain. Healing often happens in relationships, so being witnessed, understood, and supported by others creates safety, restores trust, and builds hope in a way individual healing sometimes cannot.
We offer a weekly free group that meets every Monday to discuss life AFTER leaving the relationship with the addict. If you have left, you need support as you navigate your new life alone. Let's walk together.
The below Groups Meet Online via Zoom, once a week, for a specific period of time. Normally groups run for 8-12 weeks.

Using the book, Mirror of Intimacy, by Alexandra Katehakis, we explore specific topics that improve our emotional, physical, spiritual and sexual wellbeing. Each week we will explore a chosen topic, and each week you will bring a topic that you would like to discuss.
Exploring Topics of Intimacy

Take a carefully supported & guided tour of Dr. Minwalla's White Paper
If you have discovered a hidden sexual basement in your home, you are likely experiencing shock & dissociation as you try to process this new reality. Reading the White Paper is a deeply sensitive experience. Together, we can move slowly and gently through the trauma, helping you transition from dissociation into clarity, grounded in understanding. It is a painful read, but on the other side, you will feel empowered by the knowledge you have gained.
