​​​Since 2006, I have served as the Director of an Animal Welfare Nonprofit organization based in Puerto Rico. Having spent more than half of my life in Puerto Rico and other Caribbean islands, I deeply understand the added complexity that culture, family bonds, faith traditions, and close-knit communities can bring to betrayal trauma. In these environments, privacy can feel limited, expectations can feel heavy, and the pressure to “hold it together” & "keep the secret" can make healing even more isolating. My lived experience within these cultural dynamics allows me to support clients to pave a path forward that honors their well-being.​​

Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on your present and future, empowering you to reclaim your voice, set boundaries, and create meaningful change.
